GENERAL INFORMATION

All prices and treatments are subject to change. Gratuities are not included. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off while at the Spa. The Spa is a non-smoking facility. We recommend that you leave all jewelry and valuables at home or in a safety deposit box at the main reception desk. Please be aware that our spa waters may discolor some jewelry and may react with chemically treated hair.

Check-In
Please check in at The Spa at least 30 minutes before any services. Our last check-in time is 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing.

Facilities
Our full service 10,000 square-foot Spa features a fitness center, hair salon, nail salon, luxurious treatment rooms, steam rooms, saunas, cold therapy baths, tranquility rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, dressing areas, spa cuisine and outdoor eating area. For your comfort and convenience, we provide you with a robe, slippers and locker.

Age Requirements
Spa guests must be 18 years or older to use the spa facilities or to receive massage and body treatments. Facials, hair and nail services are available to guests 16 years or older.
Reservations and CancellationsFor all appointments, please call 323-722-7002. It is recommended that you schedule your spa reservations in advance to ensure availability. If you must reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 4 hours in advance. All cancellations and appointment changes made within 4 hours of the first scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service. All "no shows" will be charged at full price.

Late Arrivals
Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next guest. Arriving 30 minutes before the commencement of your treatment is advised.

Health Conditions
If you have any of the following conditions, please inform your reservation agent prior to visiting the spa so that we may better guide you: pregnancy, mobility impairments, physical ailments, allergies, recent surgeries, high blood pressure or other medical concerns.
